Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

The Service

ResumePressure provides structural coherence analysis of resumes against job descriptions. The service generates scores, identifies pressure points, and recommends specific improvements. It is a tool to assist your job search — not a guarantee of employment outcomes.

How It Works

You submit your resume text and a job description. Our analysis engine evaluates structural coherence across multiple dimensions including skill coverage, claim support, credibility, and pressure concentration. Results are generated in real-time and delivered immediately.

Pricing and Access

The Free tier provides one analysis with basic scores and one recommendation. Pro ($19 USD) provides up to 5 analyses per day for 7 days with full reports and all recommendations. Plus ($39 USD) provides up to 15 analyses per day for 7 days, including multi-job comparison features. All purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions.

Fair Use and Rate Limits

To maintain service quality for all users, analyses are subject to daily limits based on your tier: Free (1 total), Pro (5 per day), Plus (15 per day). Automated or scripted access, bulk analysis requests, or any use designed to reverse-engineer the analysis engine is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that exceed fair use limits or engage in abusive usage patterns.

Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@resumepressure.com for a full refund. We process refunds within 5 business days.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your resume and job description content. By submitting content for analysis, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not store, share, or reuse your content after analysis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis engine; submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property; use automated tools to make excessive requests beyond normal usage.

Intellectual Property

The ResumePressure analysis engine, scoring methodology, and all associated technology are proprietary to Nozaro Inc. and protected by patent applications and trade secret law. The service is provided for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

ResumePressure is an analysis tool, not career advice. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or any consequences of changes you make to your resume based on our recommendations.

Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
